Returns: For non-perishable products (e.g. merchandise), you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Perishable items: Due to the nature of our oat drink, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildoatdrink.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refund processing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Sustainability matters to us — please consider recycling your packaging whenever possible.
